Boston Zombie Walk IX, 2014
Boston zombie walk IX, 2014 took place on May 17th. It was the last march of the zombies in Boston. I was fortunate to find out about it last minute and with my phone charged up, we headed out to catch the spectacle. It started at South Station, wandered around the Boston Common and Back Bay and then wound up at Government Center picking up zombies along the way. At Newbury Street, Copley Square and Downtown Crossing the Police were there to keep the peace and protect civilians from the zombie masses. These were also the joining points for the march. We got a little lost trying to stay ahead of the march, but mostly we kept up and people would graciously pose for us. It was great. Here are some pictures from the march. Sometimes photoshopped to emphasize one zombie over another or cropped, but everyone looked fabulous.

I know there are many zombie runs, walks and events. If you want to add yours here, send me a note through the contact page and I’ll list your event. I have yet to figure out how to do an RSS feed that targets only zombie events.
Thanks for those who posed for photos. I posted a link on the Boston Zombie Walk FB page too. I hope someone picks up the tradition. Looking forward to seeing more Walking Dead – heh, heh.

Love and Sloppy Kisses~
